Welcome! I'm Yufan
I'm an assistant professor at Augusta University. I gained my PhD in Political Science from University of Iowa. My research interest includes political violence, global environmental politics, mass movements, media and politics, and autocratic regimes. I mainly conduct quantitative research using conventional econometric methods. I'm also interested in computational social sciences and I use machine learning techniques, especially text analysis in my research.
